While officially a civil servant for the Ostanian Ministry for Foreign Affairs, in truth, he is a member of the State Security Service (SSS), the Ostanian Secret Police, a Stasi-like organization that aims to maintain order in Ostania by surveilling the public and hunting spies and criminals that threaten the country.
