Mascot of the Vault-tec company, a major technological developer of the Fallout universe, before that world's atomic apocalypse. This is also the mascot of all the game's perks and traits. In the fallout (prime video), it is revealed the Vault Boy was inspired by the ghoul (fallout tv series), who was the original mascot and spokesperson for Vault-tec.
