She is a genderswap (mtf)ped version of Vincent Van Gogh (person), a Dutch post-impressionist painter who is among the most famous and influential figures in the history of Western art, though he was considered a failure and a madman during his lifetime. His most famous paintings include The Starry Night, Cafe Terrace at Night, and the Sunflowers series.
