The 3rd official alternate costume of hololive's Usada Pekora. It was revealed on April Fools 2021, and is based on the running gag of her being often referred as a "war criminal" due to the cruel exploits and human experiments she runs on NPCs in Minecraft, and her constant pranks on other hololive members.
