A group of Touhou characters commonly thought of as weak, childish, and plot-irrelevant. Named after the chief member, Cirno, who takes the moniker circled 9. Often drawn together doing childish things, or as students in Kamishirasawa Keine's classroom. Known as バカルテット (bakarutetto) in Japanese, a portmanteau of "baka" and "quartet".
