A raincoat made of clear, transparent vinyl or the like, similar in style and material to that used in transparent umbrellas (which are frequently seen together with these coats). The nature of the style makes it very easy to see what is worn underneath. More explicit images frequently exploit this for characters engaging in exhibitionism to reveal underwear or nude underneath instead of clothing.
