Rika, known as Chili (チリ) in Japan, is a member of Elite Four of the Paldea region in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet. She also serves as the receptionist for the Pokémon League, interviewing the player during the first part of the Champion Assessment. She specializes in Ground-type Pokémon, her ace being Clodsire.
