Berserker-class Servant first seen in Fate/Requiem as Karin (fate)'s Servant. She is based on the story of "Momiji":https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Momiji_(oni), and usually appears as a tyrannosaurus rex. She also appears in Fate/Grand Order, where she is also seen in her form as a human.
