A World War II dive bomber made by German manufacturer Junkers & Co. It was first used by the Luftwaffe in 1936 and continued in service until 1943-44, operating throughout Europe, Africa, and the Mediterranean. Notable features include an inverted gull wing, fixed landing gear with wheel fairings, three-bladed propeller and undernose air intake, braced tailplanes, and long 'greenhouse' canopy topped by a radio antenna.
