An Israel-based virtual youtuber company, originally founded as idol Corp. Currently operates an English-speaking branch and a Spanish-speaking branch. Began cooperating with Brave Group in December 2023, which would eventually result in Brave Group acquiring them in August 2024. In June 2025, they would rename to ChromaSHIFT, and in November, they would be spun-off with NLiTE and Oshi Live into FTW Entertainment.
