One of the main characters in Dragon Quest IV. Also known as Arena or Alina. Despite her outfit most resembling a witch, she is primarily a martial artist and uses claws like the Martial Artist (dq3) of Dragon Quest III. She is the princess of Santohaim (localized as Santeem in the NES version and Zamoksva in the Nintendo DS remake). Alena is easily recognizable by her long hair curly hair red hair (sometimes drawn orange hair or brown hair), cape, and distinctive hat. In the DS remake, she has a Russian accent.
